Hopefully, you have noticed that the glandular tissue (inset) appears rather sparse in this specimen. In fact, it looks rather like a duct-tree without any active secretory tissue. This is indeed inactive glandular tissue, embedded in a dense fibrous stroma with much adipose tissue. No more hints.
