Small patches of stroma are most noticable due to the many small cells
with dense round nuclei that comprise the abnormal inflammatory infiltrate.
However, notice that each patch also typically contains several
other elements, including fibrous connective tissue, a vein, a smaller
arteriole, and a duct (lined by cuboidal epithelium).
Although the cuboidal parenchymal cells may at first appear packed
closely together without order, notice on closer inspection that each
of these cells is (typically) closely adjacent to neighboring cells
on two sides and separated from nearby cells on its other surfaces sides
(with small spaces in between).
No more hints.
