Hopefully, you have identified the following tissues:
- Striated muscle, arrow 1.
- Dense fibrous tissue, arrow 2.
- Adipose tissue, arrow 3.
- Glandular tissue, arrow 4.
The quality of the glandular tissue, and the association of this glandular
tissue with such extensive fibrous and adipose stroma, are the principle
clues in this specimen.
The striated muscle assures that this specimen did not come from the
peritoneal (or pleural or pericardial) cavity.
