Differential staining of collagen from the trichrome stain makes the
small patches of stroma especially noticable.
Notice that many of these stromal patches (especially the larger ones)
also contain several other elements, including a small arteriole (whose
smooth muscle stains distinctly differently from the surrounding collagen),
a larger vessel without smooth muscle, and a tubule lined by cuboidal
          epithelium.
What is the most conspicuous feature of the parenchymal cells?.
        More hints.
